THE GOOD LIFE

As modern society develops, our desire to increase the quality of life develops along with it. Suburban ecological villas are therefore in growing demand in a number of countries around the world. now the trend has reached Vietnam, and the vision of relaxation, recreation, and housing aesthetics reflects the character and living standard of those who own them.

During the last few years a number of real estate projects have introduced new kinds of luxury villas and housing complexes in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to meet the increasing demands of affluent residents. Flamingo Đại Lải Resort is one of the pioneering projects among them. Designed in 2001 with a total investment of 76 million US dollars, Flamingo is the first five-star ecological complex of hotels and villas located in northern Vietnam that offers a wide range of high-standard services including an entertainment park, garden, sport facilities, shopping centers, post office, medial clinics, and spas. The entire center inhabits an area os 100 hectares in a peninsula beside the beautiful Dai Lai Lake. Surrounded by 500 hectares of water and a thousand hectares of pine forest, Flamingo Dai Lai Resort provides its future neighborhood with an ideal living environment. Do you prefer luxury accommondation for your Vietnam Travel Trips? There are dozens of 5 stars resorts available.

Flamingo Dai Lai Resort consists of 400 villas with areas ranging from 300 to 1000 m2. These high-standard villas will be built along a stream, beside the lake, or on the edge of verdant forests that bring to each family pure and natural living conditions. Each villa owns its private space in font for the purpose of planting flowers and ornamental trees. The owners of such villas benefit from high-end facilities, diverse services, as well as international standard infrastructure. The project was particularly designed so that the area given to ecological space is very large taking 70% of the whole area.

Built in a very convenient location, only 10km from Noi Bay airport and 40km from Hanoi centre, villa owners need only one hour to drive out of the stuffy and crowded city to return to a marvelous and entirely natural environment called home.

In tune with other housing projects that are under construction or completed in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the Hung Vuong Construction Investment and International Cooperation has begun (in early December) offering its real estate products to high-end Vietnamese and overseas Vietnamese. Very soon, Flamingo Dai Lai Resort will welcome is villa owners into a prosperous and cultured community. Residents of Hanoi Will now also have an exciting destination for their weekend escapes.

$600mil Cat Ba resort project seeks investors

The resort, on Hai Phong's Cat Ba island, will cover 304ha with an expected construction density of 17.4%.

Viet Nam News reporter Phi Hung asked project director Tran Ngoc Quang about the effort to boost investment.

* You're seeking both domestic and international investment. What type of investment is suggested and how will investors benefit from putting their money into the project ?

We suggest two major types of investment: Either 100% foreign capital or the establishment of a joint-venture company between Viet Nam Construction and Import and Export Corporation (Vinaconex) and investors.

Investors will have the benefit of several incentives. These include exemption from land-use fees; land-use tax and a five-year exemption from corporate tax.

We are committed to ensuring that investors will pay the lowest initial investment cost against all other real-estate and tourism projects in Vietnam. This is because the Government and local authorities consider the project of great importance to Vietnam's tourism industry.
